Two of my students (Wedding Dance Couple) just won ” Editors Pick” and Voter’s Pick on The Knot for their First Dance! This was extremely exciting news when they told me, and they were as you could imagine genuinely thrilled. Working with them on the choreography and dance styles (from Balboa to Lindy Hop) was a great pleasure. And Steven incidentally joined my performance group for one routine back in 2001 so he had some experience to start off and they both knew some tap. I worked with them once a week for 10 weeks.
