My Last Lunch before Juice Fast

Here’s a picture of my last lunch prior to starting my 7 day Juice Fast. It was Sautéed Asparagus, A Bruschetta with Avocado, and the salad was a mix of organic greens, Cashews, Raisins, Tofu and a Thai style dressing with Ginger, Liquid Aminos, Olive and Peanut oil.
