The Rhythm Stompers | Jazz At Lincoln Center

This was a once in a lifetime opportunity and great honor to dance for the Jazz At Lincoln Center Orchestra on stage in the ROSE THEATER.

It was truly momentous occasion for me as I last performed with these dazzling musicians back in 2000 while on their (For Dancers Only) Tour. So when this opportunity to return was brought to me, this time I decided to pull out all the stops and bring 5 stellar couples on board. To help with the preparations and choreography, I brought in Gaby Cook and that decision turned out to be one of the best choices I could have made for this show. She was superb at directing and choreographing, and sharing this responsibility make the final product superb. And because we shared the work, everything was much more pleasurable and doable given the ridiculously tight time frame to get all the numbers ready in time. The show premiered NOV 17 – 19 2016.
